Course Information:
Courses will follow one of two formats:
Once a week on weekday's courses or once every other week weekend courses.
Weekday Class Format
All courses are taught live and in person. Classes meet once a week from 5pm to 9pm for 16 weeks totaling 16 classes. Classes 1-15 covers the 60 hours of course work and the final class is the end of course examination. This is not a live stream course or online course. Students are required to attend all courses and complete and pass an end of course examination to receive credit for the course. **Tuition includes textbook & exam preparation materials.
Weekend Class Format
All courses are taught live and in person. Classes meet once a week on every other Saturday from 8am to 3pm for 11 weeks totaling 11 classes. Students will break for lunch from 12pm-1pm. Classes 1-10 covers the 60 hours of course work and the final class is the end of course examination. This is not a live stream course or online course. Students are required to attend all courses and complete and pass an end of course examination to receive credit for the course. **Tuition includes textbook & exam preparation materials.

Alabama Real Estate Salesperson License Requirements:
60 hours Pre-license Course
Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident alien or legally present in the U.S;
Be at least 19 years old;
Show proof of bona fide residency in any state in the U.S.;
Show proof of high school graduation or the equivalent;
Not have been convicted of a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude;
Not have had a real estate application or license rejected or revoked in any state within the past two years.
After meeting the education and/or experience requirements, pass the licensing examination.
